The Landlord Partner Portal is an online tool that allows PHA Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) landlords to review information about payments and tenants at your convenience, with information that can be accessed 24-7 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
By simply creating an online account, you will have the opportunity to view information regarding your property such as:
- Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) History – Up to 24 months of past payments
- 1099 forms available on-line
- Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspection schedules and result history
- List your vacant apartments
And much more as we keep building our Partner Portal site.
While HACH is currently closed to the public due to the global pandemic, we believe that the Partner Portal will be a great tool to aid you in managing your Housing Choice Voucher program units and Housing Assistance Payments. HACH is also transitioning to paperless payments and encourage you to sign up for direct deposit.
To register for the Partner Portal, please visit the website below and you will need to have your tax ID and a valid Email address to create your account in the system.
If you are a managing agent and manage multiple entities, you will need to send an email to HACHLLPortal@hartfordhousing.org providing HACH with the email you would like to set up the account with the name of the entity and Tax-ID numbers of each entity.
After you have registered, you can log on to the website anytime at Log In (partnerinhousing.com)
