LIPH Waiting List Information


HUD - Low Income Public Housing

Effective Sunday, January 1, 2017, the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) has closed its Waiting List for Low Income Public Housing (LIPH).  HACH will NOT accept any NEW pre-applications for the waiting list on or after this date.  Any pre-applications received and postmarked after January 1, 2017 will not be accepted. If your name is already on the waiting list, you do not need to take any action.  HACH will maintain your name and the date and time you applied.  You are still required to update your personal information by submitting changes in writing.  There is no scheduled date to reopen the LIPH waiting lists at this time.  When HACH is prepared to re-open the LIPH waiting list, an announcement will be posted on our website and in the local newpapers.
