Public Housing Lease, Property Rules, Resident Fee Schedule Comment Period
In January 2019, the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford will update its: (i) Rental Agreement (lease), (ii) Property Rules, and(iii) Resident Services Fee Schedule.
A copy of each is available for your review and can be found in your Development Office, in the Main Office, or on the Authority’s website. If you would like a copy of these documents or if you are disabled and need a copy of these documents in another format, please contact the Authority. If you have a comment about their contents, please write it down and deliver it to the Authority:

In January 2019, the Authority will post the final versions of the Property Rules and Resident Services Fee Schedule. The Authority will begin using the new documents next year.
