Housing Choice Voucher Program - Landlord Registry
The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford invites property owners to participate in its Housing Choice Voucher Program. Prior to leasing, your unit is required to undergo and pass a Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspection. A complete booklet is available on line at:

or, we can mail you one upon request.
If you have rental property within the City of Hartford or the Greater Hartford area that you would like to list with the Authority, please complete the form below and fax it to (860) 723-8554. If you do not have a fax machine, you may print out the form, fill it out, and send it by regular mail to: Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8), Hartford Housing Authority, 180 Overlook Terrace, Hartford, CT 06106.
